Two snow holidays introduced
With winter holidays for non-skiers proving increasingly popular, we are pleased to introduce two new winter holidays with a difference: the Biohotel Eggensberger in Bavaria, near the fairy-tale castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, and the Sunrose 7 in Slovenia, a great base from which to discover picture-perfect Lake Bled. As well as both being great bases for enjoying the beauty of winter, the hotels have excellent sustainability credentials; the Eggensberger is organic and carbon-neutral.

New holidays launched in Spain, Italy, France & the UK
For 2022, we are pleased to introduce new walking holidays in Spain, where you can follow a quiet variant of the Camino from the Portuguese border to magnificent Santiago de Compostela; in Italy, where you can explore the Ligurian Coast and Cinque Terre by train and on foot from a gastronomic hotel; and in France, where our short break reveals the contrasts of the French Riviera. Closer to home, we have a new cycling holiday in north Norfolk, which takes in a wide variety of places of interest.

UK walking collection expands
We have considerably expanded and improved our collection of UK walking holidays over the course of 2021, with a new addition in the Lake District, plus revamped holidays in the Yorkshire Dales and the Peak District. For the first time we are offering holidays in Wales, where you can choose between the Brecon Beacons and Snowdonia, while in Scotland we have added a break that follows the Fife Coastal Path to complement our holiday in the Scottish Borders. Last but by no means least, we also now offer a single-centre break on enticing Jersey in the Channel Islands.

Two new UK walking holidays introduced
Our two new easy-going walking holidays in the UK offer a welcome change of scenery without the need to fly. The first (grade 1) explores the seascapes of north Norfolk. Besides the unique coastline, highlights include the wide variety of birdlife which inhabits the dunes and marshes, and the high-quality accommodation. The second (grade 1-2) follows the River Tweed through the Scottish Borders, whose bucolic scenery and handsome towns are rich in history and traditions.
